Building Maintenance

Call for any issues in your suite i.e. water leaks, toilet or sink issues, light bulb replacements, hot or cold offices, etc. Also, please contact for any issues you may notice in the building, or if something is in need of repair in the common areas.

Property Management

Contact property management for building maintenance, janitorial and security issues. Call for any emergency issues within your suite i.e. a significant leak.
The property management office is located on the first floor of Plaza I.

Online Work Order System

IMPAK provides building tenants with a state-of-the-art Online Tenant Service Center. Using the IMPAK system, tenants can post a new service request at any time. IMPAK will then automatically notify the property management staff by email, providing details including building name, tenant company name, suite number, contact person, phone number and the service request. Tenants have visibility into the system on the status of their work order and when it will be completed.
